Dhaulagiri (8167m – 7th highest mountain in the world), Mt. Day 01

Arrive in Kathmandu. Overnight at a Hotel.

Namaste! Welcome to Nepal. Arrive in Kathmandu at any time. Our airport representative at Tribhuvan International Airport will be receiving you and then transferred to your respective hotel in our private vehicle. A pre-trek briefing will be given and the rest of the day is at your leisure to rest or explore the sights of the valley. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02

Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour. Rest of day at leisure.

Enjoy a guided tour of Kathmandu. This day is basically a sightseeing and Trek Preparation day. Embark on a guided tour to major historical, cultural and spiritual attractions of the Kathmandu valley and get to see many of the highlights of this diverse city. You will be escorted by the professional tour guide to places like Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swyambhunath and Patan Durbar Square. Rest of day at leisure.
Day 03

Kathmandu – Pokhara (Flight or drive 7-8 hrs)

Leaving the Kathmandu valley behind, Take a flight west to Pokhara. Flight to Pokhara offers the bird's eye view of the countryside and of the panoramic mountains themselves. Kathmandu to Pokhara through domestic flight is 30 minutes long. There is another option, ride a tourist bus to Pokhara which is 200 km and it takes about around 7 hours from Kathmandu. Pokhara, Nepal's second largest (820m) city in Nepal. It is definitely one of the most beautiful places and the starting point for most of the treks in the Annapurna area in Nepal. Pokhara is Nepal's number 1 adventure and leisure city. On arrival, you are greeted with sights of the entire Annapurna Range. Depending on our arrival time, there may be time to hire a small boat for a quick paddle on the lake. Overnight at Hotel in Pokhara.
Day 04

Pokhara - drive to Nayapul (1 1/2 hrs) - trek to Tikhedhunga or Ulleri 6-7 hrs

After breakfast early in the morning, Drive one hour to Nayapul from Pokhara. Nayapul is the start point of the trek from where you will start walking along the bank of Modi Khola through sub-tropical valley forest. Cross the Modi Khola(river) via a suspension bridge to the village of Tikhedhunga. If time permits & depending on your fitness, trek further through farmland before a steep ascent to reach Ulleri. It is a large Magar village at an altitude of 2,070 overnight at Lodge.
Day 05

Tikhedhunga or Ulleri - Ghorepani 5-6 hrs

After having breakfast, ascend to the village of Ghorepani through a pleasant rhododendron forest with views of the Annapurna range stretching out ahead. Gently ascend up to Banthanti (2250 meters) then continue trek towards Ghorepani through Nangeythanti (2460 meters). After an hour walk, you will reach Ghorepani (2,840 m). ). Enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains including Annapurna South and Nilgiri mountains. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 06

Ghorepani - Poon Hill - Tadapani 6 hrs.

Early in the morning climb up to Poon Hill (3210 meters). Enjoy the incredible mountain scenery that lines the route from Ghorepani to Poon Hill and explore the panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himalayan ranges. Poon Hill is the vantage point that provides an unobstructed view of the mountain as well as an exciting sunrise view over the Himalayas. You descend to Ghorepani. After breakfast, continue downhill trek to Tadapani (2625meter). Overnight at Lodge.
Day 07

Tadapani - Chomrong 5 hrs

Today’s trail descends through the forest of rhododendron to the village of Chuile and the Kimrong Khola (River) and then ascent through the village of Gurung people in Gurjung to Chomorong(2,140m). Chhomrong is a beautiful village located on the lap of the giant Annapurna massive. Chhomrong offers you close views of Mt. Annapurna south and Himchuli and the virgin peak, Fishtail (Machhapuchchhre). Overnight at Lodge.
Day 08

Chomrong - Dovan 6-7 hrs

After having breakfast walk along the banks of the Modi Khola to Sinuwa Danda then walk through the deep Bamboo and rhododendron forest up to Dovan. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 09

Dovan - Machapuchare Base Camp 7-8 hrs

After having breakfast, start walking from Dovan following the river through bamboo, oak and rhododendron forests to Deurali. Continue walking alone the west bank of the Modi River until you reach to the open valley near Machhapuchhre Base Camp. The trail is tough and strenuous but is compensated by the majesty of the Himalayas and the beauty of the landscape around. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 10

Machapuchare Base Camp - Annapurna Base Camp 3 hrs

After having breakfast, ascend further from Machhapuchhre Base Camp to Annapurna Base Camp. Witness the awesome picturesque landscapes, majestic panoramic view of snow-capped mountainous peaks from Annapurna Base camp. You may remain at Machhapuchhre Base Camp or stay at Annapurna Base Camp for the night or Trek back to Dovan. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 11

Annapurna Base Camp - Bamboo 7-8 hrs

After having breakfast Head back down the valley, the same way to Bamboo. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 12

Bamboo - Jhinu Danda via Chomrong; visit hot springs 7 hrs

After having breakfast Head back, the same trail to Chomrong. The trail continues through rhododendron and bamboo fields, continue walking down until Jhinu Danda where you can bath in natural hot springs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 13

Jhinu Danda - Pothana via Landruk, 7 Hrs

After having breakfast trek down from Jhinu Danda to Kimrung Khola. Cross the river and ascent to Landruk, Tolkha, Deurali, and Pothana. On the way, you can explore the culture and tradition of Gurung communities and interact with local people. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 14

Pothana - Kande via Australian Camp, drive 1 hr to Pokhara

It is a short downhill trek all the way from Pothana to Kande via Australian Camp. Australian Camp set on the beautiful hilltop offers striking views over the valleys and stunning views of the Annapurna Mountain range. You will see the closed view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapurchhre, Himchuli, Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Lamjung Himal, and Manaslu range etc. After lunch drive back 45 minutes to Pokhara from kande. Overnight at Hotel in Pokhara.
Day 15

Flight Pokhara - Kathmandu, or drive 7-8 hrs

After breakfast take a flight to Kathmandu. There is another option, ride a tourist bus to Kathmandu. On arrival, you will be taken to your hotel at Kathmandu. If you are interested in extending the trip, there are many options such as Chitwan jungle safari, river rafting adventure, Bardia National Park, mountain biking and other activities. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 16

Kathmandu- Final Departure

The trip concludes today and Your final day in Kathmandu. Our airport representative will drop you at the international airport in Kathmandu for your flight departure from Nepal. Not ready to leave?
