Outline Itinerary

  • Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1,400 m) and transfer to hotel. Overnight at a hotel. Enjoy a traditional Nepali welcome dinner in the evening to kick off your adventure.
  • Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing. Explore the cultural and historical landmarks of Kathmandu Valley, including UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa.
  • Day 03: Flight to Lukla (2,840 m) from Kathmandu – 35 minutes or drive to Manthali/Ramechhap (474 m) – 5 to 6 hours and a 20 minutes flight to Lukla, and then trek to Phakding (2,610 m) – 3 to 4 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Enjoy your first day of trekking amidst stunning mountain scenery.
  • Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) from Phakding – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Experience the vibrant atmosphere of Namche Bazaar, the bustling trade hub of the Khumbu region.
  • Day 05: Acclimatization Day at Namche (3,440 m). Hike to Hotel Everest View (3,880 m) and back – 4 to 5 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Take a scenic hike to the Hotel Everest View for stunning panoramic vistas of Everest and surrounding peaks.
  • Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m) from Namche Bazaar – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, one of the largest and oldest monasteries in the Khumbu region.
  • Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4,410 m) from Tengboche – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Enjoy breathtaking views of Ama Dablam and other Himalayan peaks along the trail.
  • Day 08: Acclimatization Day. Hike to Nangkartsang Peak (5,083 m) and back – 4 to 5 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Gain altitude gradually and enjoy panoramic views of the Khumbu Valley from Nangkartsang Peak.
  • Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4,910 m) from Dingboche – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Marvel at the stark beauty of the Khumbu Glacier as you approach Lobuche.
  • Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) and then back to Gorak Shep (5,190 m) – 8 to 9 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Fulfill your dream of reaching Everest Base Camp and soak in the awe-inspiring surroundings.
  • Day 11: Early morning Hike to Kala Patthar (5,555 m) and then, descend to Pheriche (4,240 m) – 7 to 8 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Catch the sunrise from the summit of Kala Patthar for unparalleled views of Everest and neighboring peaks.
  • Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) from Pheriche – 7 to 8 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Descend back to Namche Bazaar, retracing your steps through picturesque mountain landscapes.
  • Day 13: Trek to Lukla (2,840 m) from Namche Bazaar – 7 to 8 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse. Celebrate the completion of your trek with your fellow trekkers in Lukla.
  • Day 14: Flight Back to Kathmandu – 35 minutes or Manthali/Ramechhap – 20 minutes from Lukla and same day drive to Kathmandu – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a hotel. Enjoy a farewell dinner with cultural program in Kathmandu.
  • Day 15: Free day at Kathmandu for shopping and explore around Thamel. Rest and relax after your trek or indulge in some souvenir shopping in the vibrant streets of Thamel.

  • Extra night accommodation, meals in Kathmandu and Pokhara due to early arrival or late departure, early return from the trek.
  • Personal expenses (shopping, snacks, bottled water or boiled water, hot (tea, coffee) and cold drinks, hot shower, alcohol, Wi-Fi, telephone call, battery re-charge fee, extra porters, etc).
  • Personal clothing and gear.
  • Travel insurance has to cover emergency high-altitude rescue and evacuation along with medical coverage.
