- Day 3: Drive to Soti Khola (700 m) from Kathmandu – 8 to 9 hours. Begin your trekking adventure by driving through scenic landscapes to reach Soti Khola.
- Day 4: Trek to Machha Khola (930 m) – 6 to 7 hours. Follow the Budhi Gandaki River and traverse through lush forests and quaint villages, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the region.
- Day 5: Trek to Jagat (1,410 m) – 6 to 7 hours. Trek along rocky trails, crossing suspension bridges and encountering cascading waterfalls, as you make your way to Jagat, a charming village.
- Day 6: Trek to Deng (1,804 m) – 6 to 7 hours. Pass through bamboo forests and picturesque valleys, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, before reaching Deng, a traditional Tibetan village.

- Day 8: Trek to Samagaon (3,530 m) – 6 to 7 hours. Trek through alpine landscapes, with views of Manaslu and other snow-capped peaks, to reach the village of Samagaon, located beneath the towering Manaslu.
- Day 9: Acclimatization Day at Samagaon: Explore the village, visit monasteries, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, while acclimatizing to the altitude.
- Day 10: Trek to Samdo (3,860 m) – 4 to 5 hours. Ascend gradually, passing through high-altitude pastures and yak herder settlements, before reaching the village of Samdo, nestled near the Tibetan border.
- Day 11: Trek to Dharamsala/Larkya Phedi (4,460 m) – 4 to 5 hours. Trek through rocky terrain and glacial moraines, with views of Larkya Glacier, to reach Dharamsala, also known as Larkya Phedi.
